This creed is the Nicene Creed adjusted (by me). See Omnibus 2, page 83-87.

We believe in God the unchangeable Father Almighty, the Maker of heaven and earth and of things visible and invisible, and in one the Lord Jesus Christ, the only begotten son of God, (who is equal with God) before all worlds, God of God, Light of Light, very God of very God, begotten, not made, being of one substance with the Father; by whom ALL things were made; who for us (the species of men), and for our salvation, came down from heaven, and was incarnate by the Holy Ghost, born of the virgin Mary, and was made of man; was crucified also for us under Pontius Pilot, dying the worst and most painful death for us; He suffered and was buried and descended into hell, and the third day He rose again from the dead according to the scriptures, and ascended into heaven and now sits at the right hand of God the Father Almighty; and He shall come again with glory to judge both the quick (living) and the dead; whose kingdom shall have no end.  We believe in the Holy Ghost and the Trinity, the Lord and Giver of Life, who proceededs from the Father  and the Son, who with the Father and the Son together is worshipped and glorified; who spoke by the prophets. The Father knows EVERYTHING about us, and our futures. We believe in a Holy Catholic (united) and Apostolic church; we acknowledge one baptism for the remission of sins; and we look for the Resurrection of the dead, and the life of the world to come where all loyal to the Father (hand-picked by Him) will dwell. Amen.
