“If you got shot in the hip by an arrow how much blood would you lose?” I asked my Mum, as I store up with a dreamy look in my eyes from typing on my laptop.
She emerged from her book and looked at me with a frown.
“If you got shot by an arrow in the hip, a very far way away, what would happen, how much blood would you lose, how long would you take to heal, and could you ride a horse without fainting from the pain?”
I think I shocked and left my poor mother wordless.

Hehe, its fun to be a writer :). I am weird and proud of it. 😀
And do you know that you probably could ride a horse after being shot with an arrow by a medieval english longbow from 3-4 football fields away? Google is a treasure for the aspiring novelist.
